It has particularly good location close to everything and there's free parking. It's very close to the falls and the border, two buses and several restaurants and a 24 hour gas station/convenience store.

Everything was brand-new, including nice and kind staff. The rooms were well-maintained and clean and complete with new bathroom fixtures. The hotel had marvellous location short walk to Niagara Falls, restaurants, pubs, gas station and grocery store nearby. It also was on the Lake.

It was an ideal place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any requests.- The king room was well-equipped with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities.- The bath was clean and everything in the room was in good condition.- The location was peaceful, with Marineland Park just a short walk away.- the hotel met my expectations, and I would definitely consider staying there again.
